We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail your product to our physical address.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Exchanges
